At Kingston High School: A two-year letter winner in indoor and outdoor track... earned fourth place in 4 x 400 meter relay team at indoor state qualifiers and sixth place at the outdoor state qualifiers.

At SUNY Cobleskill: Placed second in the DMR at the 2007 NJCAA indoor regional.... earned fifth place honoraries in the 4 x 800 meter relay and second at the outdoor regional finals... also placed second at the outdoor conference in the 4 x 800 meter relay.

Personal: Son of Gene and Julie Ballou... has two sisters Doreen and Noelle... enjoys hanging out with friends and playing basketball, football, and baseball in his free time... aspires to become either a physical education teacher or a track and field coach... majoring in physical education.
